Definitions
- “Company”
- SOSA’S USED CARS, LLC · Registered Address: PO BOX 134, Mercedes, TX 78570 · Agent: Guadalupe Sosa Jr · Agent Address: 4043 E. Expressway 83, Weslaco, TX 78596.
- “Carrier”
- Licensed and insured transport company contracted to move the vehicle.
- “Customer”
- Individual or entity requesting vehicle shipping.
- “Vehicle”
- The automobile identified on the signed order and the Carrier’s Bill of Lading.

Scope of Service
SOSA’S USED CARS, LLC may assist with arranging vehicle transportation through licensed and insured carriers. The Company is not the carrier of record and acts solely as an arranging party/broker unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

Scheduling
Pickup and delivery dates are estimates only. Delays due to weather, traffic, shop schedules, mechanical issues, or regulatory factors are considered normal transport risk.

Insurance
Vehicles are insured by the Carrier while in transit up to the declared value shown on the Carrier’s documentation. Coverage typically excludes pre-existing damage and personal items left in the vehicle.

Vehicle Condition
Customer must disclose any inoperable condition, lowered suspension, oversized tires, leaks, or clearance concerns prior to pickup. Additional equipment may require additional cost or special scheduling.

Payment
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due directly to the Carrier at delivery by certified funds, wire transfer, or other accepted method indicated on the confirmation.

Cancellations
Orders cancelled before driver assignment are typically refundable. Once a Carrier has been dispatched, a dispatch/administrative fee may apply to cover scheduling expenses.

Liability
The Company acts as an arranging party and assumes no liability for loss, delay, or damage during transport beyond the Carrier’s insurance terms. Claims must be documented on the Bill of Lading at delivery.

Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Venue shall be in the appropriate Texas court, unless otherwise required by law.
